1. In the HKCloudMart Online Store, can I shop without logging in?
Yes, you can place an order as a guest without having to register an account. We still need to take a few details from you so we can process the order, like your email and address. It in order to know where to send your order! But it cannot check the order status as a guest account. Therefore, we suggest you register an account for checking the order status.
2. How to create an HKCloudMart account?
You can sign in with a Facebook or Google account if you have. Otherwise, simply signup a new HKCloudMart account with few steps. Click on the login button or the person icon at the top of the page, it will direct to the sign-up page and you can enter your email address and set up the password accordingly. Once you create an account, we will automatically send the verification link by email to confirm your account.
3. I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by receiving an email from your previously registered address in HKCloudMart and it will provide a link as “Forgot Your Password” for you to enter the new password accordingly.
1. How do I view what is in my shopping cart?
To view the contents of your cart, click on the “View cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon and click view cart, you can easily change the number of copies you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed.
2. How do I know if my order has been received?
The product will not reserve for you only if you have submitted the order. Once you submitted the order, you will receive an email indicates that your order has been received in our system and begin processed. The email also contains the details of your order and the order number. We will contact you in the next 24 hours and send you the invoice to settle the payment in bank transaction or a cheque.
3. Can I change my order after it has been placed?
As we work swiftly to process and ship your order, we regret to inform that it is not possible for us to change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. Therefore, before you process your order and payment, do check to ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction.
